It places the front ring over the receiver ring rather than extended in front of it as their "long" mount does. Excellent condition, includes mounting screws. $35.00 OBO shipped. NOTE:This mount mounts your Lyman ALaskan or Norman Ford Texan as low as possible over the bore of your classic M/70. It is a neat vintage mount.
