TRH is right. Excellent episode. Back to the basics, killing zombies and zombies munching folks.

What little bit of the talking dead I watched seemed to allude to it.

sure looked like he was bitten on the hand. Surrounded by zeds does not bode well either.

Adios Glenn, it's been a wild ride.

The whole plan of luring the zeds down the road to some nebulous future was fraught with stupidity from the get go. It's almost like Rick et al, have tossed out all the skills and savy they learned during the long trek to Arlington.

Yeah, they should set giant traps for walkers here and there a mile or two from their community at various equadistant points of the compass. In the middle of the traps should be a car horn constantly blaring. When the traps are full, they can set them afire and start over.

As for Rick, my brother tells me that his hand has been off for a long time in the comics, i.e., he got bit at some point and it had to be chopped off to save him. Likely that's what's going to happen next episode. I don't think it's his shooting hand, though. Still might make shooting a rifle a bit of a challenge for him, either way.

I will hate to see Rick missing a hand, though. It's kind of central to his character to be a total bad ass, and that's a challenge one handed.

In re Glen: thinking about it, every other person who we have seen eaten alive has bled from their mouths while being eaten, I didn't see that with Glen

They always do a memorial on the Talking Dead for each person killed.

Glen was not part of the memorial. So he's not dead.

From the overhead shot, he was surrounded by hundreds of them. They would eat until they hit pavement.

The idea that he would be able to get away without being bitten is ridiculous even in a world where people come back from the dead as "walkers"

The only way they could seemingly explain it is if:
1. he found a way to roll under that garbage container
2. If you remember from Michone's backstory and from when they were in Atlanta, if you cover yourself in guts of zombies, they don't sense you and you can pass by them. If he gets enough guts and such on him while under the other guy, maybe he can escape.

then again, he was a complete dumbass for trusting that guy in the first, second and third place.

Are you trying to say our zombie show is not realistic?

Some of y'all must've turned away or something. I watched the whole thing. The biters had his guts out, chowing down as he screamed. The only way Glen is coming back is like the Governor and that cannibal dude.

Still very strange he was excluded from the memoriam.

We love those. They always crack us up and I have never, ever, ever seen them not include a death.

You must have missed the part where the other guy fell on top of him. Not saying he isn't dead, but the scenario was set up for the above situation to play out
