Well guys I'm just waiting on the pieces to show up for my new long range coyote gun and steel gun. Went with a 6mm creedmoor brux #4 contour 1-8" twist. Planning to launch 105 grain bergers with it but will see what she likes. Sticking a SWFA 10x on it for now and will have it sit in a cheap bell and Carlson stock until i decide which stock I want to go with. Leaning towards a McMillan game scout but we shall see. Any of you guys running the 6mm creedmoor? What are some of your favorite powders and loads?

Not shooting a creed, but am shooting a 243 with an 8 twist.have a mc McMillan stock and a swfa 3 x15. H4350 @41 grains.2950fps. Try the 105berger hybrids. They are shooting lights out with very good performance on game.easy to load, not as sensitive to seating depth. Shot a good Number of coyotes from 400 to 600 yds.

I tried finding some but every place I have looked is out of stock. How did they perform on coyotes for you?

My match gun is chambered in 6mm Creedmore and it has been great. I run 41.8gr of H4350 and get 3018fps out of a 22" Bartlien with 105gr Berger Hybrids. I'll be trying out IMR4451 in the off season as it is easier to come by.

Berger broke the dies that make 105 hybrids , won't be fixed for a while!

Nortex, how do you like the 22" tube vs say a 24? It's the only Creedmore I've had so I don't have tons of experience. I prefer short and handy though for most barrels. My barrel does wear a JEC brake so it's a bit longer but still nice. When the throat goes I'll likely go with one of the same length so everything is the same feel.

Well the creedmoor went from being built on a Remington 700 to being built on a Defiance 😁. Was a real good deal on the Defiance. Sure hope It's worth the little extra money over the Remington 700

Any of you guys running the 6mm creedmoor? What are some of your favorite powders and loads? I own three rifles chambered for 6 Creed. One of my favorite rounds, and the very best coyote cartridge I've ever used. My primary work rifle is a suppressed 6 Creed in a Templar VII, Mannners folding stock, 22" Bartlein 1-7.5" 5R. I shoot 105gr Hybrids at 3100fps with 42.2grs H4350. I've had great luck with the Hornady brass and have 12 firings on one box of 100. I was just out shooting it today, checking group size after not cleaning the barrel in over 800 rounds. It still shot in the .3's at 100 meters. It also delivered a five shot group at 510 meters under 2". Barrel has 1988 rounds through it, and still going strong.
Luck....is the residue of design...

pat is not running molly. He recommended to me to shoot these bullets in my 243 and I took his advice. They are a great bullet and perform well on game.

After talking with a few other 6mm shooters there might have been a slightly lower quality batch of brass a while back. I'm about to order some more from George and company to find out. On a side note have you ever used IMR 4451 in the 6mm?

Had a 6 creed with #3 Bartlein but it was a tad too heavy for me. Thinking of building a lighter weight one on a EH-6 or EH-8 with Bartlein 2b contour.
