Bought this rifle off the fire a little while ago, I finally got a scope to put on it and took it out to the range today. I got some other good groups with it, but this one was the best. It's always nice to buy a new rifle, take it out to the range and discover it's a shooter.

The 300 RUM still needs some more load work done, I got a better group, but not on this target. I recently bedded the action on it, and it made the groups a little better, now I think I've just got to tweak the hand loads a bit.

Nice shooting 7. That will definitely do the trick...

yeah, it has the BOSS. I haven't played with it yet, it doesn't look like I really need to with this load. We'll see how it does when I get my hands on some heavier bullets.

I had the same rifle without the boss. Probably one of the best shooting rifles that I've owned. It was goofy accurate with several loads. It was a true one holer.

Those Laredos are shooters! My 70 Laredo LRH in 7 mag (non-boss/non-fluted variant) is also an extremely accurate long range 'bean field' rifle.

and I would still really like to find a fluted barrel Laredo.
