That does make a little more sense I thought maybe it was one of those "eat it all in " in 60 seconds or something stupid!! I just hope you are young and enjoy it while you can and maybe be lucky and never get plugged up ticker. One B I L said he would rather die next time rather than go through a massive heart attack and 5 artery bypass and recovery! Thanks for the clarification. Maybe next time, skip the "snippiness" of the short sharp comments & add a little more background to why you are commenting & we'll all get along better. We're all good folks, down here. I haven't done it in a while but saw Mussels at Wegmans so picked up a bag (2lbs). Made a broth of white wine, chicken broth, some seared garlic and red onion and steamed them. That and a fresh baguette made a very tasty dinner. Going to an Oysterfest at Heavy Seas brewing tomorrow so it's a bivalve weekend.

Wasn't sure what to have when I got home from work so I threw together some fish tacos with a chunk of yelloweye I had in the fridge.
