gunswizard Campfire Ranger G Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 17,800	Meds/rehab/ice is your new mantra, kidding aside I had both hips done the same day seven years ago now. If I had known how well it would have gone I'd have done it a year earlier. Follow the instructions your doctor and PT give you to the letter, do no more/no less of the prescribed exercises and you will be surprised how quickly you'll recover. The doctor will tell you that you will be as good as you're going to be at one year, in my case I continued to improve well into the second year. I hope that your knee recovers as well as my hips did. Good luck. BTW they really stapled your knee well, you've got what looks like 2x the number of staples as I had in my hips.
