I am looking for a good left-hand retrieve bait caster.
Any suggestions?
Needing it for fishing in northern Canada. Some trolling and a little casting for northerns.
I see in another post recommendations for Curado.
Suggestions for model? Anyone have one for sale?

I'm a fan of the Shimano Calcutta line. All the Calcuttas with a model number ending in 1 are lefties, 101,201,401 etc. They'll probably hold a bit more to a lot more line depending on size to the lopro style reels like the Curado.

Have 2 Curado's, 1 Chronarch, and a Calcutta all left hand.
For the money I'd go with the Curado.
A while ago had the itch for an upper end bait caster. At the time the Shimano model was pushing $500.
Bought it and couldn't cast with it,backlash every cast.
Thought it was defective. Returned it and bought another Curado and never looked back.
