Deb ordered one as she liked the sales pitch of using no oil to cook(she tries to eat health, me I prefer sauteing with EVOO or butter) I have some boneless chicken breast I'm going to cook for dinner(was going to make chicken french but Deb had it for lunch)
I had to try out the pan I seasoned a chicken breast and plopped it into the pan on high heat.I'll be damned if it didn't work as advertised the chicken didn't stick browned nicely and came out moist!
Clean up was just a wipe with a paper towel. Only issue I have is it's a small 9" pan but other than that color me surprised

Saw an infomercial on them last week.

Intrigued !

I think that I saw that they were only available in the 9.25" size ?

Guy dumped a heap of parmesan cheese, melted until liquefied, then turned out over a ramekin, let set up & there you have a crunchy cheese basket !

Cool Dan, I'll keep an eye out.

Like other items prices for this are all over the map on eBay. The wife wants one, guess I'll order it for her from their website.

seen those on ebay,
They have them in a couple different sizes.
Small ones look like a fair price, they get a little spendy on the bigger ones.

I was looking at them the other day....like the idea with a lid. I hinted to my significant other that it would be a good Father's Day gift.

Currently, I use the Orgreenic 10" ceramic non-stock pan at the cabin. No fuss, no muss.

Nope guaranteed not to
You can use metal utensils in it they even show whisking eggs with an electric beater right in the pan

I'm glad YOU posted this review. I've seen the commercials, and they seem impressive but doubt what most commercials claim. Based on your write-up on how you used them, I think I'll give one a try. Thanks.

My beloved cast iron hasn't been used in a coons age. I've opted instead to use to the el cheapo non stick for eggs, omelettes and pancakes. When the cheap stuff loses its zing I throw it away and buy new.

Werks for me.

I did however buy a new Lodge enameled 3qt. for soups and stews recently.
