OEM1 - regular gas block, a little cheaper:

Putting my money where my mouth is, I walked into a LGS today, was chatting about Jeeps & Sharps with him, when I look over & see a 6920-OEM2 - so I now need to pick out the furniture for one. smile

I have several with folding front sight, I kind of wanted a traditional set up for one of my guns, no optics, carry handle good stock, way of gun sling, inspired by Wareagle.

I ordered the furniture for mine. I have heavier AR's, so I'll stay lightweight with this one - Troy 9" Alpha rail, Magpul CTR, and a Hogue grip. Think I have a Timney 4lb single stage trigger around here somewhere, although this one isn't bad.

not much going on here. just added trigger, qr sling mounts and crosstac rail for flashlight. with the ti can it's still light enough to hold out the window with one hand for drive-by shootings. nothing hides from the p3x light. oh yea... i usually like to have a pig under it.

Got it bolted together. The "OEM 2" model comes with a low profile gas block, so I took advantage of it and mounted a Troy 9" Alpha Rail, which covers the block and allows a few places to mount things. I probably won't use anything besides a light, and maybe my forward grip/laser. Added a Magpul CTR, Hogue grip and Magpul trigger guard. Leupold Prismatic prism sight. 7 lbs 5 oz as shown, empty.

Probably do something different with the flash hider...maybe with the trigger, too. It's a nice light rifle.
