Very nice rifle. My 250T has a T stamp on the receiver as well. Rare gun and even rarer to be in as good as shape as the one you got there. Not even the dreaded sling swivels are on that one.

Yeah, how could you bring that thing home? It has more condition in the lever than all of my 99's put together! That's a nice one, Joe.

Holy Smokes that's pretty much a once in a lifetime find IMO. Consider carefully if you will use one that nice for the risk of wear or damage. Absolutely gorgeous.

Obviously the T is very, very nice, but that scabbard is fantastic. Love great leather carving and that seems to have it in spades!

...and the best part about the scabbard is that it appears the T spent little if any time inside of it. grin

Which begs this question to be asked. How many offers on the T vs how many offers on the scabbard? grin

..you're kidding right? They're probably a matched serial numbered set. You can't break that up!!...despite Rory thinking the "scabbard's not right, aftermarket", looks totally right to me!

I'd like to start the bidding at $100.

That would cover shipping and insurance.

What would you give for the gun?

I would think a serious collector would go $2500 on that gun and feel really good about it, considering the odds of finding another are basically ZERO.

That is a dandy 4 sure. If you want rid of that scabbard I would be interested in cash or trading a scope 4 it.
