From what direction are you coming?
Epstein didn't kill himself.

Biden didn't win the election.

I'm coming from southeast Michigan, will be stopping in Chicago-area to visit wife's family (specifically Bourbonnais), and then heading to the Dells. I think there are 2 Cabela's on my trek, but I'm looking for other options. Thanks for any help. kstockfo

There is a GM south of WI Dells on 12 and Jim's Gun supply east of there on 33. I've only seen them from the road, never been in either of them.
I highly recommend the Double Cut Grill for dinner one night.

I'm coming from southeast Michigan . . . kstockfo Tuff crowd. How far does FIB-land extend into SE MI?

This So do you favor the Dells for the historical aspect found in the duck boats(if they still exist), or is it not an overly expensive tourist trap as claimed?
We may know the time Ben Carson lied, but does anyone know the time Hillary Clinton told the truth?

My family is going with my wife's cousin's family (4 adults, 4 young kids under 10), so we're looking forward to the water parks for the kids. And it's relatively close to home. Our cabin is $60 a night and has a pass inluded to a water park so we're not spending tons of money.
I don't know any of the area's history, so please share. I'd like to hear it. FYI, I do plan on riding on the duck boats.
Thanks, kstockfo

There is a Bass Pro Shop at Gurnee Mills in Gurnee, IL north of Chicago on Interstate 94 just south of the stateline between WI and Il. This was the largest shopping center in North America until they built the Mall of America in suburban Minneapolis-St. Paul so the entire family might enjoy the visit.
