Point blank and wet newsprint equates to trust on "any North American game"? I would have to do more testing before I could say that. Looks like heavy bone could be a problem as could heavy fat on a bear.

I'm more interested in seeing how it performs on actual game flesh. I would limit that light a bullet to whitetail on the high end, but that's just me.

The depth of penetration in wet paper depends on how wet the paper is, how tightly stacked the paper is, as well as other factors. Without a know penetrator on game shot into the same stack as a control round for comparison, the test really doesn't tell you much.
On a long haired fat bear I would certainly be concerned about those factors for penetrating through the vitails.
