All the knee spiking and tasing was pretty much unnecessary.
As was all the scratching, clawing, spitting, etc. She pulled a knife on someone and they had the duty of restraining her before she could hurt herself, the officers or anyone else.
I'm not trained in LE but she brought most of that on herself.
Never said she wasn't at fault. Just 2 big strapping youngsters should have had no problem controlling her without having to resort to that stuff. It would be different if she had been a 250 pound silverback.

My hats off to all Officers that posses that kind of restraint, I'd want to hold her head under the tire and have my buddy back over it and silence the screeching forever, guess that's why I'm not a copper.

Yeah and then load her in the trunk. You would still be able to hear her screech but it would be muffled...
