Nothing can be done at this point, too many fell in love with his style.
That said, he won the nomination, and if the party manages to push him out and run somebody else, I won't vote.
I dislike the party antics much more than I dislike Trump

No sense using all your ammo when the target is so far out (November). Concentrated push against Hillary will spell disaster for her, when timing is appropriate.
Making sure conservatives, or at least Repubs, keep House and Senate should be our primary responsibility now. Congress approves SCOTUS picks and that could be important just in case a leftist gets the white house.

I work with a guy that is as nice a person as I've ever met. Very intelligent guy who I've only known for 3 years. He surprised me the other day saying there is no way he could ever vote for Trump even though his 80+ year old dad was furious at him because he wouldn't. He ask me why he should and I said because a vote for Hillery was something he or I should'nt have on our conscience for eternity. I ask him to give just one reason why anyone should or would vote for Clinton and his only response was "She's not Trump". Life's too short to try and reason with that kind of logic!

Read the poll. They averaged the spread of all the polls without regard to sample size. The poll with the largest sample size of 2000+ shows Trump within two points of the Dragon Lady. The margin of error is easily more than that. Bloomberg and another have results skewed way out of everyone else's data points, so they're probably garbage as well. Real Clear is sometimes really not.
