Picked up my All Weather .243 yesterday. First impressions are very positive. Trigger is actually pretty crisp and light. A $7.00 spring from Ernie the Gunsmith should take it down a bit.
The plastic stock is very rigid and the pad nice and squishy. "Inletting" is tight. Only quibbles are the slightly square corners on the top of the grip, and like most factory synthetics, the use of blued swivel studs instead of stainless or nickeled ones.
One interesting thing is the bright crown cut, almost like the ones EABCO advertises for their barrels, that contrasts with the matte stainless finish. Possibly it was recut after test-firing (if anyone actually does that any more).
I bought this rifle instead of one of the $329 Howas from Whittakers. For $520, I got stainless steel, a stock I like pretty well, and a bit less weight, even with the steel bottom metal. While I haven't measured it yet, the depth of the action seems to be a good bit shallower than my Howa SA and Mausers as well, which gives it a very trim profile.
