Sorry KK,
I have a Marbles tang sight for a 99. It will work just the same, and is period correct, but isn't what you asked for.
Though, it is made in Gladstone, MI. And we all know that anything from Gladstone, MI makes it automatically awesome.

KK, I "May" have one available soon. Its on my 1917 .250-3000 and I'm in the midst of possibly picking up a Lyman 30 1/2 to take its place. If none of the other fellows have and I can manage to get the 30 1/2 maybe we can deal. The Marbles sight RAS has is a good alternative.

I stand corrected. I have a near mint Lyman SA 1A as well. It would be mint with the exception of a small scuff on the base portion.
The Marbles is in fair/so-so condition. Has quite a bit of bluing loss.

KK,
This is what I can do. I will give you the Marbles on the house. It isn't mint but will serve you well for your intended purposes. I don't have the mounting screws but you should find those pretty easy.
Maybe somebody here on the 24 can hook you up with those??
Just send me your mailing address.
Jeff

Lightfoot has them. If not, I have a couple spares, I think.

Shot the 250 Savage today with the vintage Marbles Tang sight was able to hit clay pigeon several times at 200 yards. Not off hand but working on it. Is the early Marbles adjustable for windage?
Thanks again Jeff!

The early Marble's isn't adjustable for windage. To do that, you have to drift the front sight. Pain in the neck, yeah.

I've seen the tang sight shimmed on one side, also.

I've seen the tang sight shimmed on one side, also. That's what the Marble's instruction sheet says to do... but they also say to tighten the eye piece with a pair of pliers... Also the bases on these are long & sometimes get bent if bumped, the sight's base might need a little straightening - don't try to do that by holding on to the post - the top of the post can easily be broken off.

You need to shim the base for making corrections in windage.

Here's why you don't want to push or bump the posts on Marble's sights very hard, the metal inside that heavy looking knurled nut is paper thin, a couple broken on the left and a base that obviously would need some straightening -

Also, it would be cool if that sight could be used to kill a nice Sitka blacktail.
