Thank You Sir!

Best part is it's a 270 wink

Yes, 270! Check it out at 300 and 400. Pretty sure you will be equally impressed. The 140 AB's are amazingly accurate in mine with H4831, as well.

Always liked the 760s (I'm a lefty) and always wanted a 6mm. Found this minty '73 6mm and a happy guy I am. Mounted a 25 year-old unused Leupold 3-9x in Leupold rings, had the safety reversed and I'm good to go for a TX whitetail later this year. It shoots factory 100 grain Federals quite well.

Don't see many in 6MM. Very nice rifle.

I have an '06 7600, too. Scope is a Weaver 4X Classic.

I looked FAR & WIDE for this one. As you can tell is has use wear. It's a working rifle. I've killed WT, crows, and coyotes with it.

I have a pic of the right side of the butt stock but for SOME reason it will not post up.

I'm not a professional photographer and this is the best I can do.

Thnx guys.

I never understood why people wouldn't pay $20. more for the 6 over the 7600.

I don't understand why so many people continue to think pumps are not accurate

Me too.

I'm seriously considering having my 06 reborn to a 9.3x62, then buying a 270

No, we see vastly more 30-06s

Couple moths ago I had the chance at a 7600 in 243 for 350 bucks...still kicking myself

There are more 06s than anything else here with the 270 in second place. 243s pop up though.

I look at this thread about 20 times a day. I haven't seen a 760/7600 in a gun store in YEARS.

Might be time to find a gunshow.

I've seen new 7600s at Gander Mountian but that's the only one. I remember when every Kmart had them in stock around here.

I'm used to a row of them on the used rack of a shop . It's a shock to walk into a shop down here and not see any. I actually sold my 760 to help with the money to move down here. It was a 1953.
