It seems the AG has published an intrepretation of existing law immediately banning the sale of many firearms.

They're getting their non-used pussy panties in a wad in fear of the approaching TRUMP!

It doesn't matter.

People are ignoring these laws and the courts will be afraid to enforce them. No judge wants to take personal responsibility for such heinous infringements on basic human rights. It's too dangerous.

I just got an email from the largest dealer in MA stating, "It is our understanding that today is the last day that we can sell S&W Sport II and Ruger AR-556 rifles in MA."

That's how your second amendment will vanish, (for you); little by little..... But not for those who scream about gun control and enact all of it. They will still be surrounded by all sorts of guns 24/7...

If Hillary gets elected, what's happening in MA, NY, CA, CT, etc will be the model for the rest of the country.

FINALLY! Now they can pretend to be safer! Denouncing the 2nd amendment in the name of a false sense of security, by passing a law that will have no impact except to take more freedom from law abiding citizens. What makes them think this would stop anybody intent on killing a bunch of people? Truth be told, there are a lot more efficient ways of doing that, than shooting them one at a time.

What "doesn't matter" is your rhetorical BS.

When dealers are at risk of losing their entire business, they won't sell the guns on the list, and all your empty rhetoric won't change that reality.

Those items are probably about 5% or less of their total sales.

And those CITIZENS who wanna buy a certain rifle banned in MA will simply drive to another state and buy 'em there..

Enforcement of any law is directly related to how many will buckle under and accept that law, and obey it.

Even if they know it's unconstitutional.

Because they are still selling some guns and making some money.

The manufacturers aren't always selling directly to those states.

They sell to distributors who can sell nationwide.

When they stop making money, ties will be cut until the situation changes.

It's not rocket science.

That's all we need...NIMBY mentality...you guys fail to realize that if/when laws like these are upheld in the SC, it's gonna be a short, quick trip to imposition of these same laws/restrictions at the federal level...and we are one fuggin justice away from that happening!!!
