If you liked the CMC, try a Geissele. They're noticeably better.

no no no. No one other than a competitor that shoots thousands of rounds a year can ever get used to a 2 stage. And then you'll never shoot your single stage deer rifle the right way ever again.

LOL.

RRA varmints at 62 bucks ain't bad either generally.

Geissele wins for match triggers. No question about it.

The RRA varmint is $120 today, plus shipping. I been watching a while and dont think I seen them much if any below $90 plus shipping. I bet this was pretty long time back or something is odd, why a product would be sold at 1/2 price? That is hefty cut, assuming the $120 is reasonably honest and $90 is really a sale? I dont know if I ever saw the 3.5 lb Varmint on sale, I definitely have seen the 4.5 pound Match at 90. Maybe both, but never at 60!

forebore,

IIRC, the $62 price was last November's Black Friday pricing.

If they go for that on this years BF, I'll be buying one to try out and see how they compare to my Geissele triggers.

Armalite Tactical 2 stage trigger $97. Mines a pretty great trigger.

exactly, it was not years ago price... you just have to be patient and pounce. But not many have patience....
