Any opinions on this shotgun? Seems to be well made.Only negative that I have found is lack of repair service. May not be an issue as most good gunsmiths should be able to do repairs. Parts may be another matter?? These were imported for Gander Mountain from F.A.I.R.

go on over onto www.shotgunworld.com and they have a Verona forum there. the Verona gunsmith that was contracted to work on them when they were being imported by B.C. Outdoors for the various chains (and yes the 503 was for Gander Mountain)is Basil Slaughter. last time i had heard he was in Nevada, near Vegas i thought but that has been about 15 yrs ago. i would love to find a LX 503 in 20 ga one day. anyone who works on an I Rizzini gun should be able to work on yours.
