Everything that I've been able to gather would indicate two issues here that cover brass sold under the PPU as well as the brass Wolf Ammo.

My opinion based on the information I have seen is the shoulder location seems to be out of spec that is undersized and out of tolerance by as much as .005 CIP or .008" SAMI. This is creating too much headspace. Then the pure lack of reloadability due to primer pockets blowing out and extractor lip peeling away on their ammo mind you not the competitions. Points to a quality control issue with headspace brass hardness and maybe pressure.

The fact that they are blaming this on various Chambers not being consistent stinks to high heaven. Man up admit if we made a mistake. Shifting blame on the various barrel makers out there does not cut it with me. The recall is a good move. The shifting blame is disgraceful if you ask me.

thats minor, imho, brass variations... not enough to worry about.

But then I cut my learning teeth on using every last 5.56/223 brand/case out there with all kinds of different chambers...

Some folks can deal with this, some can't.

I can still see the loaded ammo being an issue in some guns. Brass I can deal with no issues at all unless its so under minimum, that it goes ICS on first firing...
