I have two shotguns that I'm thinking of selling, and I'm looking for help to get a price range for them.

-Browning Superposed O/U. Salt gun with rust around action in hidden areas. 20 gauge, 3", 26" IC/M, ejectors. Not a collector, but hasn't been used much.

-Ithaca/SKB 200E SxS. 20 gauge, 3", 28" F/M, ejectors. Coin engraving on receiver. Mint condition.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Well it's hard to say w/o pics and some detail on the rust on the browning but I would say if you want to sell them relatively quickly you can probably get $1500-$2000 + or - for the browning and $ 1200 + or - for the skb if it is the 200 e with the straight grip etc. which is less common especially with the barrel length, if it's with the pistol grip probably $200-$300 less. If you The Browning would bring another $700-$1000 w/o salt wood, your gun however would have to go to someone like Arts who would repair any issues and restock or seal the wood and that will be additional investment by the buyer. I think the SKB 280 has the straight grip. I have the 200e in 12ga,and it has the pistol grip. Still kicking myself for not getting the 20ga when I purchased mine back in the 70's.

I've looked at a lot of the browning and regularly see them in central to for 2k, non salt. From what I've read the salt version brings them down to 800-1000, but the 20g brings a premium over the 12.

The Browning is gone. I was at a local gun show over the weekend, and a guy me traded me a NIB Swarovski ST 80 HD spotting scope.

Always wanted a Swaro HD spotter, and now I have one.
