My son had our 10 month old Pudelpointer out in the field on Thursday and Friday her belly, chest and legs had white pustules. The inside of her lower front legs had red scabs possibly from biting. The VET gave us an antibiotic and shampoo. It appears to be drying up.
Anyone else have this problem?

I don't understand? Your vet didn't know what it is or you didn't ask what it was?
Try an google "dog rash and pustules on belly and legs"
It will give you some ideas.

Meds and baths seemed to clear it up. Could be from the grass and bugs in the grass.

Is your Pudelpointer a smoothcoat or rough?

Our old lab was on Prednisone for years due to a blood disease. Anyway it lowered a tolerance to mites. We did a mite/tick drug and shampoo. Cleared up in 3 weeks. It was scary.

I had this happen to my Wire hair in SD and MT never happened in WA, pretty sure it was a allergic reaction. Antibiotics and shampoo but as we were on a 2 week hunts just Utterbalm and the antibiotics did the trick.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.
