All I can remember is there was a method of execution in the movie,
referred to as riding the iron horse, or the mare's tail, or the horse of steel, or something similar.
It was a very large steel contraption built like a horse, the long weeping tail was a very large blade.
The one to be executed was placed on the 'Horses' back and was then pitched forward to 'ride the horses tail', being severed/sliced in half, crotch to sternum, by the time he reached the bottom.
Please help with the movie title.......
