I tried changing out factory rings on my bow. Figured I would put something a little beefier on there. Problem was, no other rings I tried would lock up tight on the "7/8"" rail. Tried Warne, Redfield, Weaver, Etc.

Contacted TenPoint. They not only sent out a new (and better) rail, but one of their new brush style crossbow bolt holders. It replaces the bolt retainer spring and is a HUGE upgrade. That retainer spring is responsible for much of the noise when shooting. Bow is noticeably quiter now. Free of charge.

Well, Monday I somehow broke the lever that holds my quiver down/locks it in place. Told them it was my fault. They already mailed a whole new quiver retainer bracket out. Free of charge.

Not only do they make the best bows IMO, but customer service is top notch and I have no reason to ever look at any other brand of crossbow.

Later I will post pics of the new upgrade. I highly suggest doing it........

I found that part of my BowJax system was missing when I went to assemble my Vapor, spoke to a very nice lady and they had the replacements sent within a week.
