One thing about true Mexican cooking, it is usually an all day job for a mother that stays at home!

Lots of the sauces are prepared in bulk and have multiple purposes. Yours sure looks great, but I prefer the non cinnamon versions. It seems to be a regional thing with them and their families.

you don't really 'taste' the Cinnamon, but it's there as a 'what is that' flavor.
