Still waiting on Bowen Rough Country rear express sight but just about done otherwise. New barrel, new front sight, hard chrome, rail for laser.

Very cool, I like the rail mount. What made you go with a rail mounted laser rather than a set of laser grips?

I've owned a 480 SRH with a set of Crimson Trace laser grips and they SUCK big time. If you hate your middle finger then you won't mind losing it after shooting a few rounds through your 480 wearing laser grips. The Crimson Trace laser grips are awful for such a heavy-recoiling round. I have used them on lesser revolvers and like them a lot - just not on anything that kicks.

I actually wrote a letter to CT asking them to make a better set of grips that handle recoil. They won't so that's why the laser on a rail.

Nicely done! The hogue grip is the grip to have on the 480 SRH.

I still need to get another 480 and sent it to Jack to have it bobbed to 5"
