I am going to buy this HS Precision rifle. Reference link below. It will be sent to me on Monday

My question is, do you think the scope can be lowered if I got rid of the Pic rail and QD rings shown.

I want to keep the objective/ bell of my scope as low to the barrel as possible

I do not have any additional information on the base, rings and pic rail then what is shown in the pictures

absolutely, lose the rail and go 2 piece base.

I am guessing that is a 20moa rail. I would change rings. There is quite a bit of room over the rail. Try low rings and see what happens.
