If you want a guarantee to play like Barnett expects, go to a second tier school like Michigan or Michigan state😀.
If your going to a school that has won FOUR national championships since 2009, you better plan on competing for the job. But if you don't get the starting job, you can always quit. That does make him a quitter..
Maybe that sounds mean, but Sabah is sending a message to all other recruits to let them know he expects them to honor their commitments, regardless of playing time.

I fully expected Barnett to transfer after it became obvious Hurts was the guy, barring injury, for the next 3-4 years. He has NFL potential; though Coach Bryant said "potential is a French word that means not worth a damn yet". The issue is bailing on his teammates in the middle of the season. He was given his chance and plenty of reps invested and given the opportunity to start the first game. He should pursue his dreams and I wish him well; just would have been better to wait till end of season, IMHO.
