Another hunter snapped this one, as Clark brought the pheasant to me and I praised him for the retrieve. Sure is a pleasure, hunting with a good dog.

No doubt. Probably wouldn't hunt Birds all that much without one. I'd rather hunt them with a bad Dog, than none.

I hunted them for years with no dog, but loved it when I'd hunt with a friend who had a bird dog.

So nice now, to have my own dog. This one is well trained, and eight years old.

Also have a 5 month old puppy, another GWP, that I need to get more serious about training. She's FULL of enthusiasm, but not focused yet.
