Butch, ya my 700 CDL with the factory Rem barrel (1:10 twist I believe) shoots the 115 VLD bullets rather well.
Wonder if you should stick with 100's for that 1:11 barrel you've got? They scoot, and kill really well too.

It shoots the same with the factory barrel and the 1 and 11 with the 115. My bud is loading some 85s to check it out, We have had very heavy winds the last couple days and will shoot it when they die down.
