A "diseased" cow elk has escaped CSU research facility today.
Shoot To Kill......seriously, that's the bulletin to local law enforcement agencies.
They aren't saying what the disease is.
I can see it now: The cow is holed up in a grove of Ponderosa Pines surrounded by a SWAT team with their sniper rifles at the ready.
"Come out with your hooves up!"
Maybe a few viligante groups can assist.......
