DANA LOESCH TO SERVE AS MAJOR NATIONAL SPOKESPERSON FOR NRA

LaPierre names Loesch Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President for Public Communication

FAIRFAX, Va. – Dana Loesch, the conservative leader, online pioneer and nationally syndicated radio host, will serve as a major national spokesperson for the National Rifle Association. NRA Executive Vice President and CEO Wayne LaPierre named Loesch as a Special Assistant to his office for Public Communication, with direct attributable authority on NRA matters.

“During the past year Dana has proven herself to be a powerful voice for the Second Amendment rights of all Americans,” LaPierre said. “It is clear that Dana has the communication skills, experience, and natural ability to serve our organization well as one its very public faces in the news media.”

Loesch was named by the NRA a year ago to serve as Special Advisor on Women’s Policy Issues. She has also continued to serve as an NRA Commentator on NRA TV, and has made numerous national media appearances on behalf of the NRA.

“I’ve been impressed with Dana’s command of the issues facing the NRA, as well as her ability to communicate our positions and connect with women, and men, on those issues,” LaPierre said.

LaPierre further reiterated that Loesch now has full authority to represent the NRA on a broad range of issues.

In addition to her new role as a major national media spokesperson for the NRA, Loesch hosts a nationally syndicated daily radio show, “The Dana Show,” as well as “Dana” on TheBlazeTV. She is a regular contributor to FOX News, ABC, CNN and other news programs, and has also co-hosted on “The View.” A former newspaper columnist and blogger, Loesch wrote the 2014 book, Hands Off My Gun: Defeating the Plot to Disarm America, as well as her newest best-seller, Flyover Nation, in which Loesch predicted the rise of flyover voters in the last general election.[/quote]

Intelligent, well spoken, handles herself very well under fire during interviews, sharp looking, and knows guns and actually has a history she can talk to in which having a gun saved her.

A liberal's worst nightmare.

Its a good move for the NRA to pick a capable young woman to be a spokesperson.
She will be a good bridge for the women to look to for self protection.

Dana Loesch is a beautiful, intelligent and articulate lady. Works for me.

She appears a lot on Fox, and on CNN, too. Gorgeous, and very, very smart.

To be fair she was a #NEVERTRUMPER.

she was/is not a Trump supporter

Loesch has some qualities but she's been very critical of Trump and she has her head up loony tune Beck's @ss.

Sad but true commentary.

She spent the entire election trying to damage Trump, even in the general. Extremely anti Trump. I lost all respect when she was attacking Trump, knowing full well that Hillary would devastate the 2nd amendment. The NRA grows in strength under a liberal administration and I think the top dogs would have been happy with a Hillary win.

That said, she will probably be an effective spokesperson for the NRA. I was a big fan before her anti-Trump antics.

Laughing here... One of her main problems with Trump was his long term support of establishment Republicans like McConnell as well as many Democrats, and now you accuse her of wanting to support the establishment Republicans.

Regardless, she can be a great spokesperson and the NRA needs to sideline Wayne.

Horseshyte. If Loesch had her way, Hillary would at this moment be systematically destroying our 2nd Amendment by appointing an uber leftist at SCOTUS.

She's a BECKIST scumbag, no second chances.
