I have a bunch (1,000, maybe 2,000?) pieces of mainly R-P .223 2x fired brass. I'm just not up for brass prep. Does anyone prep brass for a decent price?

Preparing brass is, one of mt favorite things to do but I have no idea what one would charge. I do all of my own by doing primer hole uniforming, case length trimming and polishing. It's kind of like a hobby but like my holster making, if I were charge by the hour, one of my holsters would cost $500.
I'd rather die in a BAD gunfight than a GOOD nursing home.

Remington6mm tell me more about this holster making. Kydex or leather? I've done the kydex forming thing several times but always wanted to try to build my own from leather but never knew anyone who did it. Your only an hour north of me so I might have to try to bribe you to walk me through it.

Get you a Frankford Arsenal Trim and Prep Center.It really makes short work out of brass prep.You won't believe how much time that machine will save you.With this machine,brass prep is the fastest and easiest part of the whole reloading operation.

I hate the prep part too. I did around 5000 rounds of 9mm,40 S&W, 45's and 223's. My ankle was broken so I didn't have much to do. It's all ready to load.
