Only place I perk coffee. After getting used to a Keurig at home, perking coffee seems to take soooooooo looooooong! Fall seven times, stand up eight.

Yes. This works well. One can use less coffee and perk longer but that gives it a bitter taste. Use more coffee and perk for shorter times yields a rich deep taste. About three minutes seems right.
