Hey all. Picked up one of the clearance T3 stainless laminated in 243 yesterday. The one I bought,and the one on display,had steel cross bolts in the stocks. Can't say about the others in boxes. What's up with that? I've found a few pics of others in a Google search with the bolt,but more without. Do you suppose the laminate was prone to splitting? Just curious how many others here have run into cross bolts in T3 laminated stocks.

The lug was also lightly bedded with what looks like epoxy. Nice tight fit.
