I bought an old Mossberg 500 12 gauge that had a 30" plain barrel with fixed full choke and I shortened the barrel to 19", now I need a cheap and/or easy way to face it off square to the bore. I'm tired of dealing with gunsmiths. Thanks.

Begs the question why did you shorten it? If for close up defense where perfect shot dispersement isn't critical, just eyeball it.

I took the bulge in an old double off with a hacksaw, file and square. Finished of with a flat steel block and crocus cloth. Went from Full/Full to Cylinder/Cylinder.
