Monster gar occasionally seen at reservoir.
Thought I'd check it out today (40 mile drive).
Guy said he saw one in the "box" yesterday (before rain).

Increased flow today, turbulent and cloudy. Visibility sucked.
Flies bit the hell out of me.

Might be calm next week, and the big gar around. Too bad. I aint going back.
Screw it.

I remembered why I gave this chit up yrs ago.

FWIW the bow is a ''72 Blackwidow HF1225 48#

just past the grass, the whole area cement or rock.

Too nice a bow to risk beating up on that crap, can't even set it down.

A quiet AMS and an Oneida, thermacell and a case of beer................maybe bowfish.

Proly not.
