Hell, I still do once in a while.
My uncle always has a case or so or that nasty schitt. When we were teenagers we would slip up the road and raid his cooler at night, man that was the best beer back then and then we discovered "good" beer. No more Hambone forus!!! Been probably 10 years or so ago he offered me one, I took it, cracked the top and took a few sips, slipped around the side of the truck like I was pizzing and poured that rot gut out. Now if I am around and he offers I just decline and grab a Pepsi from his cooler. He claims they went back to the "old" formula for whatever that's worth.
The last time that bear ate a lawyer he had the runs for 33 days!

I drink the stuff at truck stops and convenience stores and (shudder) Denny's when I'm traveling. probably not the kind of personal information that should be disclosed on the internet

Does anyone else coat the outside of their skillets so they don't rust?

Does anyone else coat the outside of their skillets so they don't rust? I season mine initially , the entire thing then just use them . The ones I restore to sell i season until they look nice . Never had any rust issues even on the ones dedicated to camping .

Not all the new styles and flavors. I'm talking about classical styles properly made. It's simply better than mass market American beer.
