Has anybody loaded the 6mm Creedmoor with bullets of 90 grains and lighter?

I am thinking of having one built on a Remington action and was wondering how the lighter bullets worked in a standard throat or if I would be better off to have the throat cut accordingly.

No really long range stuff so I really don't need the high B.C heavies. This will be a coyote rifle with most shots being inside of 300 and a few out to 400 or so.

Or I may just as well off with a 243 or my fave, the 6mm Remington.

Absolutely zero reason to build something like this when a regular old .243 will do what you want.

Yes, I've shot my RAR Predator 6mm CM with 70gr Sierra Blitzkings, 80 gr Barnes TTSXs and 87 gr Hornady VMax bullets. A couple of powders have been tested so far for each bullet. The best loads will hold 4-5 shots under an MOA, and usually close to 0.5 MOA. From the factory OEM barrel, the sub-moa loads have produced velocities measured over an Oehler 35P as follows: ~3500 - 3700 fps with the 70gr BKs, ~3400 - 3500 fps with the 80 gr TTSXs, and ~3200 fps with the 87 VMAXs.

Pursuit may be, it seems to me, perfect without possession.
