The pitch is to reduce incarceration.

I think the real problem for the Dems is their base losing voting rights due to felony drug convictions....so let's legalize all of it.

in the city today i was approached by an obviously sexually confused individual who wanted me to sign a petition to send his weird ass to the convention as a delegate for bootyjudge. it was so stereotypical that i just laughed and walked away shaking my head. the single reason people would vote for him is because he is gay. he has nothing else.

I’ve said forever to legalize them all. Let the cards fall where they may. Remove the safety nets. Survival of the fittest. The problem is “we” will always give abusers a safety net.

Works for me, we are tired of having to pay the legal drug dealers ( pain clinics of government tyranny) $130 a month until a $800-$1000 deductible is met to get legally prescribed medications.

Then pay the pharmacy, for the prescriptions

Not only that, but the taxpayers foot the bill for the medical, treatment programs, homeless shelters, and so on.

I must have good insurance. I end up paying maybe $400 per year for 3 meds.

Legalize all drugs? Take a walk through the streets of any large city and you'll see how that works out.

By all means, keep drugs illegal. It’s much better to have a bigger government, a militarized police force, a general disregard for fourth amendment rights by the police and supported by the courts, a massive industrial prison system, and drug cartels that have amassed fortunes and murdered thousands.

That's one idea I can get onboard with- - - - - -legalize the use of any and all drugs- - - - -no restrictions! Just make it a felony with a minimum 5 year prison term, to resuscitate an OD. The drug abuse problem will become self-correcting in short order.
