I'm gonna plant some of my garden tomorrow and according to the weatherman, it's not suppose to rain.
It has finally gotten dry enough, so my plans are to plant peas and watermelons on the pipeline, and get the other garden spots ready to plant. Then Friday, plant the rest of the stuff. Then all I will like is putting up the electric fences.
Other farm news from here in the 'Far north of Louisiana'.... Mayhaws are about over with. We got about 1/3 of what we got last year. Not all the trees made berries this year and the berries we did get were small. Still we scrounged enough to make the gravy stink.
Dew berries are small this year also, but there are a billion of them.
Mulberries made good and are still making.
