That's not how it works. It is the State Houses of Representatives that pick the electors for each State, not the Federal Representatives.

Members of the house don't vote. The electors do.

Con law is not as simple as we would like...I'm going to wait for comments from respected legal scholars, Dershowitz, maybe even Cruz before despairing. I still don't know why the complaint of Paxton took the form it did...I was thinking the complaint should have been in more simplistic terms of: denial of civil rights (voting rights) of those whose votes were stolen. But then, I am the simplest of men. You can bet your ass, that if one African got turned away at the polls for lack of ID, it would go right on the Supremes Hot Docket.
