The only markings I find on it is an 'MK' on the underside of the base, and an 'A' possibly an 'R' in a circle.... on the side.

LINKLeupolds XP100 mount is the same 3 hole spacing as was used on the Model Seven. When you click the link go to the drop down list and click on XP100.

I've got a few new/old stock Redfield ones at work but they're nickel finish.

Just remember that both Redfield and Burris made bases for the M7 3-hole receiver also - same dimensions as the Leupold.

I have two of them in my parts bin.
3 hole, One is marked 70-A. Two front holes are about .860 apart and the rear single hole sis about 3.812 from the closest hole in front. It might be from a Model 70 Win.
The other is marked 700 LA Might be from a Rem 700. About .875 between the front two holes and 4.375 from the closest front hole to the back hole. Measurements are not exact as my calipers are not very accurate.
You can have one if one of them will work for you.
I think I have sets of low, medium, and high Leupold rings too

If God wanted you to walk and carry things on your back, He would not have invented stirrups and pack saddles
