Does it lower unemployment ?
Raise the GNP?
Improve national defense?
Cleanse the environment?
Lower the cost of living?
etc.
etc.

I don't get it. Why is diversity and inclusion such a big deal with the left?

Makes snowflakes feel all warm and fuzzy

It keeps the white people from getting too uppity.

Makes the idiots feel good. Other than that, it is worthless. Funny how it only goes one way, look at professional basketball and football. Not much diversity there any longer is there?

The only thing it is "good" for is destroying White culture... and the White race itself.

Which is exactly what it was intended to do.

It is a morally neutral thing. In and of itself, it is neither good not bad.

It can be either.

Example:. You have a group of doctors that are there best in the world at their specialty. The group is very homogenous, with zero diversity. At that point, the lack of diversity is only an issue to those who care about diversity more than outcomes.

Also, say the above group of doctors is made up entirely of white women. Do they "need" diversity if they're already e best and are constantly improving??

Say the group is all black women. Now, do they need to add white males???

Merit will always trump diversity in an organization that values outcomes more than SJW mumbo jumbo.

It is meant to divide the American people.

Divide and conquer, no war necessary, and it is working.

Diversity of thought and experience is worthwhile.

Diversity used as a racial tool is worthless, except to those who exploit it.

If two people are placed in a room... ANY two people...

You have inequality.

That's just a fact of life.

By ramming sub standard people with substandard intelligence into the picture and saying diversity is equality, is stupid.

Seen so many shhittty workers from this mess. Funny every diversity officer is a foreigner or black.

Diversity is our strength, or so I’m told a mandatory work meetings. No one has yet explained why or how. You are just supposed to accept it is so.

Pretty simple, makes sure a white doesn’t get a job and it’s laid in the lap of someone less qualified, or not qualified at all, as long as they’re a POC.

diversity is ok, in and of itself. When it is used to force political and cultural compliance, it becomes less good.
