What's the best way to adapt a class 2 implement to a tractor with a class 3 hitch?

Get a quick 3 point hitch, or get some bushings to go on the Cat2 implement pins so they fit right in the Cat3 3 point hookups.

As Barry said, bushings, or as in the case of the 5 bottom plow we used to pull, I went to bigger pins, when the bushings cracked.

Thanks. Think bigger pins, and longer as the class 3 tractor arms need tbe extra width, will do it.
