Pickled Pasta
1 small package of spaghetti 1 Tab. oil 1.5 cups vinegar 1.5 cups sugar 2 Tab. prepared mustard 1 tea. garlic powder 1 tea. salt 1 tea coarse pepper 1 Tab. parsley flakes 1 med. onion-chopped 1 med. cucumber pealed and sliced 1 tomato cut into small pieces
Cook pasta, drain and toss with oil. Put vinegar, sugar, mustard, garlic pwdr, salt, pepper and parsley in blender and mix well. Pour over pasta and add veggies. Chill before eating.

Rolly - I think I'm gonna try that stuff. But, I'm gonna use rotini or some other medium size/shape pasta instead of spaghetti. I'll bet it works better sittin overnight in the fridge, too.

Rol - Not too shabby. I dropped some off at friends, see what they think. Can't eat a lot, its pungent stuff, but good.
