For Sale[b][/b]- Remington 40X-223 Ackley Improved w/ .250 neck. Smithed by Dan Dowling. Krieger match heavy varmint, stainless, 5-R rifling, 1:14 twist, 26 inches, Action was trued but unsure if threads were recut. Previous owner claimed it was unfired (note:when I patched barrell, some powder residue was noticed.) Maybe Dan test fired it. Action was gloss blued and is perfect. McMillan red to yellow flame HBR stock, Devcon pillar bedded, Jewel trigger, aluminum trigger guard and butt plate, Kelby rings and bases.
