My question: Is it the TSX bullet alone that gives it a 3.5 gn difference in max

The bullet is a big part, but different primers can change pressures also.

My question: Is it the TSX bullet alone that gives it a 3.5 gn difference in max .090 deeper seating depth reduces case capacity hence less powder.
