The 307 rifle may be great, but I am a little leery of a modern manufacturing facility that apparently can't seem to figure out central heating. Why do their spokesmen need down vests or four layers of clothing when being interviewed in the middle of the building? And for that matter, what's up with the stupid ball caps - indoors? Their lighting must be fierce! (and yet no shadows are cast on their faces) Look at the few clips of Roy they show - wearing a suit and tie "like a boss" - no pretense to try to fool us great unwashed into believing he's just like us.
I can't "unsee" the marketing equivalent of "virtue signaling" in these interview videos, regardless of the merits of the rifle they're schlepping. But I reckon I'm in the minority and their marketing department figured the majority of the audience would appreciate the country club boys dressing up as "Bubbas."

Such a catastrophic failure outta the gate!!! All the epic whiners bitches, fixed, at 1/2 price and made in Wyoming!!! Haha

Maybe if they’d sourced it to the chinks, the cuunts would be happy??😂😂

I’d be willing to bet, someone who buys a 240 don’t give a fuuck about twists, he’s go run killin bullets and do gods work.👊🏻

Like any/everything else, the 240/6-06 relies on bullets and as twist rate increases,so do opportunity. I rather like a .620 BC at 3300fps,for slipping atmospherics and payload delivery. Though I simply shoot it all and then some, affording the luxuries of not being forced to guess. Hint.

The MagPul Ploy is fhuqking HILARIOUS! Google as you must. Hint.........

I see lots of people here already passing judgment without the product in their hand or time to evaluate. Quite a sign of immaturity and ignorance.
243 factory gun with a 7 .5 twist might be a bit interesting.. I know 6 creedmoor...

Simmer down, you're just looking for reasons.

New Remington 700s are tighter spec than they've ever been. Ask any smith who's blueprinted one. Slap a trigger and a stock on a new 700 and you'll be surprised they can sell them that cheap.

i've owned several vanguard selects and a few s2 models. all given to others except an s2 in 30-06. it's accurate, dependable, and trouble free. if the new 307 is as well made as the vanguard s2 (i'm aware howa manufactures the vanguard) i believe it will do well. i hope weatherby does well in the market place.

As is your knowledge of weatherby products. They might be too rich for a brokedick is my next assumption.
